In order for us to have the most enjoyable experience, there are a few things I need from you.
Screening is a vital part of the process and let's me feel comfortable to meet with you, trust me you want me to feel very comfortable. Please include ALL of the following information in your initial email.
If you do not include the below information in your initial email, I will not respond.

As shown on government issued ID
- Phone Number
No burner phones please, for verification purposes only and I would never use it to contact you without your permission
- Date, Time, Location and Length of Requested Meeting
My calendar is always up to date and I would encourage you to review it prior to contacting me
- Reference Information:
Names, Emails, and Websites of at least Two Reputable Independent Providers
Email Only Please, No phone number only providers. I will contact them and you should have seen them within the last 6 months.
I prefer recent references as verification.
- Employment Verification:
If you are unable to provide references or they are older than 6 months, I may accept employment as a method of screening. This would include ALL of the below, no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24-48 hours, will incur a fee of 50% for our planned meeting.
Cancellations within 24 hours or less, will incur a fee of 100% for our planned meeting.
This can be given in a discreet manner via email. I only accept a limited number of meeting requests and make arrangements for ours in advanced. I am a compassionate woman and understand that life happens, things come up, etc. I hope you can understand that I still incur costs when you have to cancel.
